Fashionable Diet to Follow this Summer

There are diets one can follow over summer months and there mainly have the term light involved in them. The key is to dress light, to wear make up that is light and importantly, to follow a diet that is light, breezy and cooling. Eat well, no doubt but avoid food that is rich in oil, fat or carbohydrates that are over cooked in any way. For instance, many people enjoy a glass of lemonade in summer and this goes to show that lemonade is an apt drink for summer time. Summer months, require drinks that are light and cooling for the stomach and your system like lemonade, which is lemon juice and water mixed together.
Diet to Follow this SummerThis is a great option for summer and so are natural juices and fruits, like melons, watermelons, apples, and various as well as different fruits one can have in summer time and summer months. There are mangoes that people relish and devour over summer time as this is the season for the ripest and the best of mangoes but an overdose of mangoes creates heat in the body and therefore, take control or rather have or practice as well as exercise control over how many mangoes you consume. Try and limit it to one mango a day in summer time and summer months. This is idealistic and the best way to consume mangoes without going excessive.
Fashionable diets to follow this summer are the light hearted way to eat this summer! Eat fruits, eat veges (vegetables) but eat them baked or cooked, but not fried! Eat rice and roti with lots of dals and vegetables, but do not consume excessive or overt amounts of pickle. Avoid diet or regular coca cola in excess, whether it is Pepsi or Coke or Thumbs up, they are aerated drinks, and it is ok to indulge in one or two once in a way but not regularly and not as a habit for sure. Have lemonade and lemon barley, or a fresh glass of coconut water or watermelon juice to keep cool and to substitute aerated drinks when possible. There are fresh cut salads like broccoli based ones, or sprouts and tomato based salads that are fashionable and cool for this summer for each one to follow and have as a perfect or idealistic summer fashion food diet! Try fruit salads too!

The Indian Saree does the best portrayal of the desi-indian-girl. An Indian saree has come back with a bang and a boom to the fashion circuit. Shows on ethnicity and designers like Ritu Kumar have embodied the concepts of style and tradition by creating versions of the Indian Saree. A Sabyasachi saree is different and has a unique quotient to it, while a Satya Paul Saree would be colour-centric and pleasing to the eye that favours colour. Meanwhile you have not so high-end stores selling their special versions of the Indian Saree making it feasible to choose from various options and looks. From looking elegant, to looking hot, to looking basic, to looking stylish, there is a saree for your every requirement for every look
When Priyanka Chopra Wore the gorgeous Saree in the song Desi-girl from Dostana, it looked sizzling on screen. It literally created a bigger stir than her swimsuit scene of the film. This goes to show that the Indian Saree concept is not drab, and it’s not overtly traditional any longer either. It has taken a turn and today, the saree is embodied internationally as well. And this is a proud moment for India for having come a long way from having seven yard sarees as the only choice to today, having seventy inch long sarees as well!   • If you cannot avoid going out in winter, wrap yourself with a long sleeved sweater and coats to combat harsh, cold wind of winters.
  • Follow the regime of cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing even during winters. It will help you keep your skin healthy. In winters, dead cells generally accumulate on the skin, and by following this regime, you can keep your skin healthy.
  • Wear sunscreen during the winters too as harmful sunrays may make the skin rough and dry.
  • You could also keep your home’s environment warm by running a humidifier inside the house.
  • Before you take bath, you could also apply oil preferably mustard, coconut, or olive oil on your skin. Warm a little amount of oil and generously apply it on your skin and massage it on the all the body parts. Now take bath how you normally do. It will not only keep your skin moisturized but will also keep the moisture intact for whole day.

  • Don’t take very hot shower and instead go for shower with warm water. You could also opt for bathing during nighttime as you will be in the warm environment only and your skin will not have to combat cold wind.
  • Never use soaps especially during winter. Use a moisturizing bathing lotion, which contains glycerin or olive oil.
  • Protect your lips with a good lip balm. You could also apply a little mustard oil in your navel at the time of sleeping to keep it moist and from getting chapped.
  • Some people suggest taking vitamin E supplements to keep the skin from drying. Taking omega-3 fish oils pills also help in combating dry skin.
  • You could also use Shea butter or Cocoa butter to keep your skin hydrated and moisturized.
  • You could also apply a mixture of almond oil and honey on your skin to keep it moisturized. Add few drops of honey in almond oil in 1/3 to 1 ratio and apply it on the skin. Rinse it if it feels too sticky otherwise keep in on your skin.
