Cleaning the kitchen can be a daunting task, especially if you don’t know how to solve certain problems. There are several cleaning hacks you can apply to keep your kitchen clean. The main areas to look at are the roof (counters and gutters) and your appliances.
For example, the oven should be cleaned regularly to ensure that your food is safe. Likewise, your refrigerator should offer a safe environment for storing food.
Keep your disposal smelling fresh
Few things are as annoying as throwing smelly garbage. To solve this, use one of our favorite kitchen sink cleaning hacks: lemon ice cubes. To make it, simply fill the ice cream bowl with lemon juice, salt and water. When cool, dip the cubes in a drain and remove from the heat until the ice cream is gone. Rock salt rubs their tongues and ice helps to get rid of guns and all dirt. Lemons help to retain the aroma of your food.
Cleaning Kitchen Cabinets
Cleaning kitchen cabinets is the biggest, but not the messiest, job you'll ever do. "Our advice is to empty the cabinets one at a time, use a handheld vacuum to clear them of debris, and then wipe them down with a cloth dampened in warm, soapy water.
Safeguard the Top of Your Fridge
Does the top end of your refrigerator look fuzzy?
This is due to the formation of debris that often floats in the vapor. At the end of the day, they swell and stick to the top of your refrigerator. Cleaning this area can be difficult and frustrating. Fortunately, there is an easy way out of this problem. Find a large plastic cover to fit the size of the roof of your refrigerator. Once installed, this plastic wrap is the new collection point for these debris. All you have to do is replace the plastic wrap every month.
USE A LEMON TO CLEAN YOUR MICROWAVE
Say no to scrubbing when cleaning a microwave in this simple and natural way. Chop the lemons in half and squeeze the juice into a secure bowl. Pour half a lemon into this juice, along with half a cup of water (or about 100ml). Place the dish in a microwave oven and set on high for two to three minutes. The steam will lighten the stubborn debris, so all you need to do is wipe it off quickly. In addition to providing a pleasant and fresh scent, the antibacterial properties of lemons will help cleanse the liver.
Do you have a sticky mess in your microwave oven?
Don’t worry; sprinkle salt on this dirt as quickly as possible. When exposed to heat from your oven, the sticky material will turn to ash. All you need to let your oven cool is wipe the ashes with a damp cloth. It may seem like a simple task, but it goes a long way in simplifying kitchen cleaning.
Wash your oven rack
Dust soap is not just for washing clothes. Restore the shine of your oven container without scratching (and possibly messing up!) By burying it in a bowl filled with laundry detergent. Allow to sit for at least four hours before removing and rinsing with clean water.
Rejuvenate old baking sheets using hydrogen peroxide and baking soda
An active duo of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide can restore more than your wash basin and sink. Even the hardest-hit baking dish can make it fresh again. Simply sprinkle your plate with baking soda followed by a few drops of hydrogen peroxide, and finish with another layer of baking soda. Come back in a few hours to clear your returned baking dish.
