This festival is usually celebrated in northern India, mainly in the states of Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar. 7. Recite Kajari Teej Katha.

8. In some places, women do not worship Neem Tree and they just offer water to Moon and worship Goddess Parvati and break their fast.

9. Once they offer water to Moon God, they can break their fast and have sattvik food items.
